While scanning server information of Minatd.cm we found that it’s hosted by IPv4 address block not managed by the RIPE NCC since March 31, 2016. Earlier Minatd was hosted by Internet Assigned Numbers Authority in 2015, African Internet Numbers Registry in 2015 and RIPE Network Coordination Centre in 2012.
